Subject: Notes shared login and Encrypted emails in iNotes / traveler

Hi,

I am looking to enable Notes Shared Login and and ID vault. However we are also using iNotes and Traveler, and users receive encrypted emails.

From what I have read, with NSL my notes id does not have a password. However if I have ID vault enabled, there is a copy of their ID file in the vault.

I know that travler and iNotes will pull an ID file out of the vault if users get an encrypted email and dont already have an ID file stored in their mail databases. I also know that ID vault will sync that ID file with the one in the vault.

However if I have NSL enabled, is that ID actually any use? what password would the users use to read their emails?

or with NSL is there some other way to get ID files into mail db's and I would be better off not using ID vault??

Thanks
